K.B.
sponsor me

K.B. (short for Kona Baby) is a handsome, playful and athletic 6-year-old black cat who was rescued from the streets as an older kitten and was raised in foster care. He remained very shy and wary for several years, but recently made a huge breakthrough and now enjoys rubbing up against legs, asking for treats and sitting on the laps of those he trusts to ask for petting. He's looking for a very cat-savvy adopter that understands the needs of semi-feral cats. Meet K.B. at the AFRP Adoption Center in Pacific Grove - he's one of our "office cats," and we'd love to see him find happiness in a home of his own. He is good friends with Clara Belle, and they would make a great pair if adopted together. Watch KB's video.

Clara Bell

Senior Special - adoption fee waived! Clara Bell is a sweet and gentle 9-year-old grey and white cat who was born in an old school bus at a wrecking yard in south Monterey County. She was fed by an employee, but never had the luxury of living as a house cat. Once she trusts you, she loves to be petted and rolls over on her back when you rub her head. Clara Bell is a shy girl and will require a patient adopter who will give her plenty of time to adjust to her new home. Setting her up in a quiet spare bedroom while you are getting to know each other would be perfect. Give Clara Bell a chance and she'll be your loyal little friend! She gets along nicely with other cats, and is good friends with K.B., also on the web. Meet Clara at the AFRP office in Pacific Grove. Watch Clara's video.

Tootsie
sponsor me

Senior Special - adoption fee waived! Tootsie is a friendly 9-year-old brown tabby looking for love! She came to us from a rescue group in Los Angeles that had to close down. Before that she lived with a family that had to surrender her due to some landlord problems. Tootsie loves to rub up against you to ask for petting, and enjoys chasing laser toys and munching on cat grass. She is not overly fond of other cats, and would be in kitty heaven as your one-and-only kitty friend. Like many cats, Tootsie prefers to be petted and stroked near her head and neck - no belly rubs please! She does nip when overstimulated. Adult, experienced adopter preferred. Tootsie's adoption fee is waived thanks to a donation from an AFRP supporter. Click here for an online application.
