With a soft and sweet voice, Whisper is a 2-month-old brown tabby with expressive eyes and a sweet personality. She was raised with Archie and his brother Angus after coming to AFRP from the Hitchcock Animal Services as a single kitten. Now ready for a home of her own, Whisper is affectionate with all people, gets along great with other cats and does fine with the friendly small dog in her foster home.
