Hi, I'm Waffle. I was adopted on September 20!

DSH

Buff Tabby

Baby, Male

This handsome 4-month-old buff tabby is not only the color of your morning Eggo, he’s also just as sweet! Waffle was found living in a feral cat colony behind a fast food restaurant in south Monterey County and was caught in a humane trap by one of our volunteers for TNR the next day (hence his tipped ear). Instead of being returned to his colony, smart Waffle had other ideas. He decided being a domestic cat was the life for him, and so instead of being returned to the feral colony, he was raised in foster care. Waffle loves other cats and he enjoys riding on your shoulder, purring in your ear all the while. He loves attention but can also entertain himself with his kitten toys if you are busy. Grateful for a second chance, Waffle is ready to repay your kindness with a lifetime of love and purrs! He is currently in foster care and is available for meet and greets. The first step is to fill out an online application.

Please note: Due to COVID-19, preference is given to residents of Monterey County and Santa Cruz County.
