Tawny is a tiny and spunky 3-month-old, 2.5 pound Chihuahua mix puppy who loves napping on your lap when she’s not playing with her toys or romping with her siblings. She’s small but mighty, and she does not let the other pups push her around! This smart girl is doing well with her house training and she has been busy learning her commands in foster care: sit, down, up and turn around. She is very treat motivated and she learns quickly! Tawny is a social girl that loves to meet new people and her tail wags like crazy when she’s happy! This is a very small dog that can get underfoot, so her adopter will need to take great care to keep her safe. Tawny is looking for an adopter with the time to continue her training. Due to her fragile size, adult household or family with gentle kids over age 12 preferred. Meet and greets can be arranged ONLY after an online application is submitted and approved.
