Sophie is a delightful 5-year-old, 15-pound bundle of fluffy fun. This enthusiastic girl is always ready for a game of fetch, a walk around the neighborhood or some snuggle time on your lap. Currently in foster care, Sophie is completely house trained and knows how to use a doggie door. She is a well behaved dog that walks nicely on the leash and knows the commands sit, shake and come. Just the right balance of fun energy and calm affection, Sophie will be a wonderful match for an adopter that can spend lots of time with her and is perhaps retired or works from home. She lost her home because she did not get along with the other resident dog, and she would do best as a single pet in the household. She is fine with gentle, older children.
