Hi, I'm Oliver. Adopt Me!

Terrier/Doxie

Brown

Adult, Male

Oliver is a brave and gentle dog that was hit by a car in Salinas and was taken to the Monterey Peninsula Veterinary Emergency & Specialty Center by a kind citizen that found him unable to walk, but dragging himself along the road, using his front legs. With a shattered pelvis and broken hind leg, Oliver required specialized orthopedic surgery to pin and plate his bones. With no collar, no microchip and no owner looking for him, AFRP was Oliver’s last hope. He underwent surgery on Thursday, February 25 and he’ll recover at the vet clinic and then in foster care. He has a long journey of healing ahead of him, but with your support we can be there for him every step of the way. Thank you for helping us raise $5,000 to cover Oliver’s surgical expenses.
