Norbert’s wagging tail and expressive eyebrows will always let you know how happy he is! Currently in foster care, Norbert is a 1-year-old, 8-pound cuddle buddy that is happy to be living the good life after coming to AFRP from the Hitchcock Road Animal Services as a neglected, injured stray. A broken bone in his paw has healed, and Norbert is now able to run, jump and play with no pain at all. Norbert is crate trained and house trained, and he’s eager to learn his basic obedience commands. He absolutely LOVES other dogs, and he’ll do best with another playful dog buddy in his new home. Norbert loves romping in the backyard, and also relishes hanging out with you indoors. This cheerful little dog is ready for his forever home!
