Hi, I'm King. I was adopted on December 5!

DSH

Brown Tabby

Adult, Male

Suffering a fractured leg was actually a lucky break for King, a 2-year-old brown tabby that was found as an injured stray living with some feral cats behind the Safeway in King City. It turned out that King was actually a friendly boy that enjoyed attention and was happy to come in from the cold. Happily, King’s leg has healed beautifully, and he’s now looking forward to a home of his own and a lifetime of chin-scratches, soft beds, regular meals and warm laps! King might look a bit rough around the edges from his time outdoors, but he’s a big marshmallow that melts when you start to pet him. He’s a great conversationalist and loves to chat with you! He’ll do best as a single cat, and he’d love a safe patio, catio or fenced area where he can enjoy some outdoor time during the day. King is currently in foster care.  To arrange a meet and greet, please fill out an online application.

Please note: Due to COVID-19, preference is given to residents of Monterey County and Santa Cruz County.

King has already been adopted!
