Johnny is a strikingly handsome 2-year-old brown tabby with a very sweet and gentle personality. He was smart enough to take shelter in a rancher’s garage in south Monterey County after being hit by a car. The kind rancher took Johnny to a local vet and they discovered he had a broken front leg. Johnny’s rescuer paid for all of his medical expenses, which included x-rays and months of casts/bandage changes. After healing in a quiet kennel space, Johnny is now feeling great and he’s ready for a loving, safe forever home. We want to make sure he goes to an indoor-only home to prevent any more run-ins with automobiles! Johnny is currently at our Pet Food Express adoption location and he’s looking forward to a lifetime of chin-scratches and warm laps. The first step is to fill out an online application.
