Chandler and his “friends” Joey and Phoebe (Joey and Phoebe have been adopted) are 4-month-old purebred apricot Standard Poodle puppies that are currently accepting applications and will be ready for adoption on March 18. These pups came to AFRP from an individual that is moving and could no longer care for the pups. They weigh about 35 pounds now and will likely weigh 65 pounds as adult dogs. These puppies are a bit shy initially, but warm up quickly. They are looking for adopters that can continue their training and socialization. With a very sweet and playful personality, Chandler has what it takes to become an amazing companion dog for a family that can spend time with him and make him an integral part of the household. He gets along with other dogs, is unknown with cats. Adult household or family with kids over age 6 preferred. This is a breed that requires companionship, training, exercise and monthly professional grooming. Meet and greets can be arranged once your required online application has been received and approved. Local Central Coast area applications will be given preference.
