Hi, I'm Harley. I was adopted on June 7!

Large Mixed Breed

Fawn and Black

Baby, Female

Big love! Harley is a 4-month-old, 40-pound mixed breed puppy that might have some Mastiff or Shepherd in the mix. She may very well weigh 90-100 pounds as an adult dog, according to the puppy weight calculator. She came to AFRP from the Hitchcock Road Animal Services after testing positive for Parvo. Harley is a survivor that successfully fought off the virus after spending 10 days of intensive supportive care at the vet clinic. Now completely virus-free and feeling great, Miss Harley is living the good life in foster care, where she enjoys playing with her toys, cuddling with her people, wagging her tail and learning all the things puppies need to know. She is good with other dogs and has been introduced to kitties as well. This good-natured pup loves everyone and has a happy outlook on life. Harley is looking for an adopter with the time to raise and train her with lots of love, patience and positive reinforcement. Experience with large breed dogs is a plus. Pre-registration for puppy obedience classes is a requirement for Harley’s adoption. Due to her large size, adult adopters or families with kids over age 8 preferred.
