Hi, I'm Ginger. I was adopted on August 6!

Baby, Female

Ginger is a beautiful and playful 3-month-old calico kitten that was raised in foster care after coming to AFRP from the Monterey County Shelter. She was the most timid of her litter, and she got lots of extra holding and attention from her foster mom to help her get used to being around people. Ginger gets along nicely with gentle dogs, and she especially enjoys the company of her kitten friends. She is the type of kitten that will adjust more easily to a new home if she is adopted as a pair with one of her siblings. A calm and quiet adult household will help her feel secure and safe. Ideally, her adopter should be willing to continue to work with her to build confidence. Ginger is currently at our Pet Food Express adoption location in Carmel. To arrange a meet and greet, please fill out an online application.

Please note that during the COVID-19 pandemic, we are giving priority to adopters in Monterey County or Santa Cruz County.
