Hi, I'm Gavin. I was adopted on February 6!

Siamese Mix

Lynx Point

Baby, Male

Gavin is one of the “Shelter-in-Place” kittens. Named for Gavin Newsom, this adorable 3-month-old Lynx Point Siamese kitten is one of four siblings that came to AFRP from the Hitchcock Road Animal Services after being found as 3-week-old orphans. Bottle-fed in foster care, Gavin is the biggest kitten of the litter and has an extremely outgoing and friendly personality. Like many Siamese cats, Gavin is very vocal and he will meow when he wants some play time or lap time! He is curious but cautions, and his favorite toys are balls with bells and chew toys. Extremely social, Gavin will forego play time to be picked up and stroked. He melts into your arms and loves to gaze into your eyes. He thrives with human contact and he needs a home where he will have lots of interaction with his family. While a bit skittish about loud noises, Gavin should do fine in a household with gentle children over age 8. He gets along nicely with other cats and kittens, but has not had experience with dogs. Meet and greets can be arranged once an application is approved.

Please note: Due to COVID-19, preference is given to residents of Monterey County and Santa Cruz County.
