Meet Frank, a sweet-faced 2-year-old tuxedo cat with a friendly and affectionate personality. Sadly, Frank lost his home when his guardian passed away and no family members could take over his care. This happy, healthy and playful boy will truly appreciate a second chance and he’ll reward you with lap-cuddles and happy purrs! Frank has lived with another cat and he seems to get along with everyone. He is currently residing at the Pet Food Express adoption location in Carmel. To arrange a meet and greet, please fill out an online application. Frank’s adoption fee has been pre-paid by a generous sponsor.
