Hi, I'm Enoki. I was adopted on April 6!

Twice the purrs and pounces – Enoki and his sister Shiitake need to be adopted as a pair! These 3-month-old siblings were rescued by a concerned citizen after being born to a feral mother cat. Once brought into our program, they tested positive for ringworm, a fungal skin condition that required many weeks of treatment to resolve but has now completely cleared. Enoki is becoming more outgoing every day, and once he gets to know you he is an incredibly affectionate kitten that loves attention and lap time. He enjoys playing with his toys, especially ball chasers. He loves his sister Shiitake and he follows her lead, plays games with her and sleeps snuggled up with her. He also gets along nicely with other friendly adult cats. Enoki will do best in a patient adult household or a family with gentle kids over age 6. Enoki and Shiitake are currently in foster care. Meet and greets can be arranged once an application is approved.
Please note: Due to COVID-19, preference is given to residents of Monterey County and Santa Cruz County.
