Wags and kisses! Cooper is a 3-month-old, 5-pound Chihuahua/Terrier mix puppy with lots of love to share. He was raised in foster care after coming to AFRP with his mother Cadie (also on the web) from the Hitchcock Road Animal Services. Cooper is a happy, playful and sweet pup that loves his toys and enjoys playing with his pals. He can be a bit unsure when meeting new people, but he warms up quickly. He will do best with a patient and experienced adopter that can help him continue to gain confidence. He’s looking for an adopter that can spend plenty of time with him and can continue his training.
