Ready for her third chance! Chicory is a wonderful cat with a touching story. This friendly 6-year-old tortoiseshell lived on a busy street corner in Salinas in a homeless encampment. AFRP volunteers kept an eye on her and when the homeless camp broke up, Chickory was left behind but was able to come into our adoption program. She was adopted a year ago, but recently returned to our care when her guardian could no longer care for her. She’s a gentle kitty that loves petting and adapts to new situations easily.
