Bring a ray of golden sunshine into your life! Charlie is a gentle 8-month-old orange tabby with deep golden eyes and soft, medium-long fur. He’s a big boy for his age and he’ll be a large adult cat. Charlie happily hops on laps for purrs and cuddle time, and he enjoys exploring his surroundings and playing with his toys. He gets along with other respectful cats, but he has not had experience with dogs. Charlie came to AFRP from the Hitchcock Road Animal Services after being removed from an abusive home. Initially very frightened, Charlie spent time in loving foster care and learned to relax and trust in the goodness of humans. Charlie is looking for an adult household with a gentle and patient adopter that can continue to build Charlie’s confidence and his transformation into the happy, curious and trusting cat he was meant to be. Charlie has perfect litter box manners and lots of kitty love to share. He is currently at our Pet Food Express adoption location at the Crossroads in Carmel.
