Ashley is a delightful 1-year-old, 10-pound bundle of enthusiasm! She’s a happy dog that loves going for walks, playing with toys, riding in the car and spending time with people. She loves attention and she gets along with other dogs of all sizes (has not been tested with cats). Ashley is currently in foster are after coming to AFRP from the Hitchcock Road Animal Services. She is doing well with her potty training when taken outside at regular intervals. She is not fond of being confined in a crate, but she is easy to train and has already mastered “sit” and she walks beautifully on the leash. Ashley does not bark at other dogs, in fact the only time her foster mom has heard Ashley bark is when she saw herself in a mirror! Young and playful, Ashely loves her puppy toys and she has lots of happy energy. She loves cuddling and giving kisses! An ideal home for Ashely would be an adopter that is home much of the day and can continue her training. She should do well with gentle kids over age 6.
