AFRP helps local shelters by taking in homeless mamma cats with kittens and motherless orphaned kittens that need a safe place to stay until they are old enough to be adopted.

During kitten season AFRP has 100-250 kittens in foster care getting ready for their new homes. This is an expensive undertaking as kittens can need from 7-10 weeks of foster care to get ready for adoption. The kitten sponsorship program helps provide the much needed funds for the kittens in our care and also allows us to take in additional shelter kittens needing help.

Your sponsorship of $100 for one of the kittens below helps provide formula, kitten food, litter, and medical care including de-worming, flea treatment, vaccines, microchip, FeLV/FIV testing and spay or neuter surgery and any illnesses that may arise. As a kitten sponsor, you will receive a printable PDF certificate with a picture of your sponsored kitten, periodic updates on your kitten and the knowledge that you have made a difference for a kitten needing help.
