Info: Visit the AFRP information booth at the corner of Lighthouse and Grand Ave, and don't miss the fun dog events around the corner at Jewell Park! Dog Agility demonstrations, Search and Rescue Dogs, Busy Bee trick dogs, Look-Alike Contest and more! Meet adoptable dogs from AFRP and enter to win some great raffle prizes!

A Table Affair - Pebble Beach
Date: Thursday April 15
Time: 2 - 6pm
Where: The Lodge at Pebble Beach Conference Center
Info: Spend a spring afternoon viewing over 30 lovely and creative table settings! This event is sponsored by the Pebble Beach Riding & Trails Association and the Pebble Beach Company. Admission is free, donations are encouraged. The beneficiary charities this year are Animal Friends Rescue Project and Redwings Horse Sanctuary. Hope to see you there!

Ninth Annual Cavalier King Charles Spaniel
Beach Party - Carmel
Date: Saturday April 17
Time: 1pm - 4pm
Where: Carmel Beach, Foot of Scenic and 13th Street
Info: This year's theme is Scottish- get out those plaids and tartans! Costume contest, food, drink and activities. Great raffle prizes! Suggested donation of $15 adult, $5 child and $40 family. Kitchen Studio Fundraiser for AFRP -

Info: Kitchen Studio has gone to the dogs! In honor of Family Day, Kitchen Studio is holding a fundraiser for both two-legged and four-legged friends! Enjoy High Tea by Paradise Catering, Mini Massages by Quail Lodge Resort & Spa, Holistic Pet Care tips by Cornerstone Wellness Center, Doggie Treat Cooking Demo by Chef Brandon Miller, Persnickety Pet Portraits by Scott McDonald Studios; handcrafted dog blankets and tote bags by Design By the Sea; Ventana Vineyards wine and more! The event is $40 per person and all proceeds will benefit AFRP. Space is limited to 50 two-legged attendees.
